Initially designed for pumping choclate, this external gera pump is iedal for many pumping mediums with different viscosities. In all components AISI 316 stainless steel alloy is used, this allows it to meet many different pumping needs -from chocolate to
plant oils and even D.owqEuDFG FyDoq and fuel.

MDP-C ‘s main design philosophy comprises of two things; ease of disassembly and adjustable viscosity. Pump body consists of bolted plates. Thus it can be disassemDled and assembled very easily and quickly. Minimal expertise is required to perform routine maintenance, and this ease saves you from hours of downtime.

Side plates also ean function as a heat jacket. Adjustable viscosity allows for better pump efficiency, and operational flexibility. In a PLC controlled application a thermal sensor can also be installed to ensure completely stable viscosity levels.

With an IP45 Ingress Protection Rating, this mixer provides protection against solid objects over 1 mm – such as wires – and jets of water spray at any angles. -Operation

In a continuous operation, as the gears unmesh at the pump’s inlet, a partial vacuum is created, drawing fluid into the pump. The fluid is then
trapped in the spaces between the teeth of the gears and the casing, and is carried around the casing from the inlet to the outlet. As the gears
mesh again at the outlet, the fluid is forced out of the pump under pressure.
As external gear pumps do, MDP-C offers minimal-pulsation operation. Minimal pulsation ensures a more consistent and predictable flow rate,
which is crucial for processes that require precise control over fluid delivery, such as dosing and metering applications.
